1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all business inquiry submissions made to the Big Picture Network ("BPN") by any client/business entity ("Client").
1.2 By submitting a business inquiry, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information in their business inquiry submission.
3.1 BPN is a platform that connects Clients with businesses advertising on BPN ("Advertiser"). BPN does not participate or intervene in transactions, agreements, and interactions between the Client and the Advertiser.
3.2 BPN does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or safety of services provided by the Advertiser.
4.1 BPN shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the dealings between the Clientand the Advertiser. Any dispute regarding the services received by the Client from the Advertiser shall be handled directly between those two parties.
4.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold BPN harmless from any claim arising from their dealings with the Advertiser, including, but not limited to, any third-party claims for damages or breach of contract.
5.1 These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of the business inquiry submission and continue in effect until they are terminated, either by the Client or by BPN.
5.2 BPN reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms by the Client.
6.1 BPN reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified in advance of any changes and continuation of use of BPN’s platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of these changes.
7.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Advertisers noticed after the Client's submission must first try to be resolved directly between the Client and the Advertiser.
7.2 While BPN may help facilitate dispute resolution, Clients agree that BPN is under no obligation to resolve disputes and has no liability for disputes or the resolution thereof.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws where BPN is headquartered. Clients agree to submit to the jurisdiction of local courts.
9.1 If any clause or part of a clause of these Terms and Conditions is, or becomes, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.

10.1 If the Client has any questions or concerns about these Terms and Conditions, the Client can contact BPN at bpn@bigpicture360.ca.
11.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that by submitting a business inquiry to an Advertiser on BPN, they are indicating that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on Nov 1st, 2023. BPN reserves the right to change these terms from time to time and the changes take effect from the date of publication.
