You can book online at bigpicture360.ca/order. Select your package, add-ons (drone, 3D tour, floor plans, etc.), your property address, and a preferred date and time. You will receive a confirmation once a photographer is assigned.

Standard delivery is next business day — typically within 24 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery may be available; ask at the time of booking.

Our Essential Listing package includes professional HDR photography of the interior and exterior. Higher-tier packages add floor plans, a video walkthrough, Matterport or iGUIDE 3D tour, drone photography or video, a branded property website, social media assets, and a QR-code lead magnet. Yes. We offer both Matterport and iGUIDE 3D virtual tours for residential listings and commercial spaces. Matterport provides a rich dollhouse view and immersive walkthrough; iGUIDE provides accurate measured floor plans alongside the virtual tour. Both are available as add-ons or in bundled packages.

Yes — our Listing Photo Finish service lets you upload existing photos and have them professionally edited. Services include virtual staging, object removal and decluttering, day-to-dusk sky replacement, brightness and colour correction, and renovation visualization. No new site visit is needed. Yes. We offer aerial drone photography and video for residential listings, commercial properties, construction tracking, and exterior documentation. Our pilots are Transport Canada certified. Drone media is available as an add-on to any package or as a standalone service.

Residential listing packages start from approximately $165 CAD. Full listing packages with floor plans, video, and 3D tour range to $394 CAD and above. Drone media add-ons start from $65 CAD. Pricing is subject to change — see current pricing at bigpicture360.ca/order.

Virtual staging is the digital addition of furniture and decor to photos of empty or sparsely furnished rooms. It helps buyers visualize the space's potential without the cost of physical staging. Available as a standalone service at bigpicture360.ca/virtual-staging-services and as part of our Listing Photo Finish service.

Yes. We offer 2D and 3D floor plans for residential listings, rentals, and commercial spaces. Floor plans are available as add-ons to photography packages or standalone. iGUIDE tours automatically include accurate measured floor plans.
