Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

• Your deposit is based on the project total before HST and discounts: $75.00 up to $450.00, $150.00 over $450.00, and $300.00 over $750.00. Project total includes your package, add-ons including amenities, and travel fees. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
• A $75.00 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot if no rescheduling date is provided.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled time without rescheduling will result in the full service price being charged.
• A $75.00 fee per 30-minute increment will be charged if the property is not ready at the scheduled time and the photographer is required to wait.

2. Rescheduling & Weather Policy

• We are not responsible for the weather conditions.
• No outdoor photos will be taken during rain or heavy snow for safety and quality reasons.
• No aerial drone services will be taken during rain, snow or strong wind for safety and quality reasons.
• Clients are encouraged to reschedule due to poor weather at no additional charge, provided notice is given in a reasonable time before the scheduled session.

3. Travel & Location Fees

• Travel fees apply for locations outside our standard service area. Please refer to our map and rates for details.
• A $25 surcharge applies to all orders within Downtown Toronto and Toronto East area at any day of the week.

4. Property Preparation & On-Site Requirements

• Our photographers do not handle heavy lifting or cleaning tasks.
• The property must be prepared and in shooting condition before the photographer arrives. Please refer to our pre-shoot checklist.
• Pets must be secured for the duration of the shoot. We are not responsible for any pets present on the property.
• Valuables should be removed or safely secured prior to the shoot. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• No tenants should be on site during the scheduled session, or a home owher/realtor must be present for the photoshoot.
• Tenatnts on site at the photoshot time will result in an additional $20 charge to the project's total cost.
• A realtor or property owner must be present for all condo amenity photography and is strongly recommended for all other sessions.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

• All photo, video, and virtual staging services include up to two (2) revisions.
• Matterport 3D models and property websites include three months of free hosting. After that, the project will be archived.
• Matterport hosting reactivation is available for a $55 annual fee, or can be transferred to your own hosting account at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that all rights to the media captured remain the exclusive property of Big Picture 360.
• Clients are granted limited rights to use the media solely for advertising their real estate listings.
• Media cannot be transferred, sublicensed, or resold to third parties without written consent from Big Picture 360.

7. Non-Payment & Suspension of Services

• We reserve the right to suspend any listings or services for unpaid balances ower 24 hrs after the project dlivery.
• Services may be reinstated within 48 hours of payment, subject to a $75.00 penalty fee.

8. Communications

• By booking our services, you agree to occasionally receive special offers and newsletters from Big Picture 360.
• You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

9. Delivery

• All photography and project files will be delivered via a Google Drive folder, along with a Property Web Page for real estate photography projects.
• While we make reasonable efforts to organize interior and exterior images in a logical sequence, we do not guarantee that the order will meet the client’s specific expectations.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting the photo order for MLS listings and the Property Web Page using our Media Manager tool.
